POSKOTA.CO.ID – Polda Metro Jaya menyatakan siap menghadapi persidangan di hadapan sidang yang diajukan Roy Suryo atas penetapan dirinya sebagai tersangka dugaan tuduhan identifikasi Presiden ke-7 RI, Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
Perkara tersebut telah didaftarkan di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan dan persidangan akan dimulai pada Jumat, 10 Juli 2026.
Kepala Divisi Hukum (Kabidkum) Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Abrianto Pardede mengatakan pihaknya menghormati langkah hukum yang diambil Roy Suryo dan siap mengikuti proses persidangan secara penuh.
Menurut dia, Polda Metro Jaya akan menggugat gugatan tersebut sesuai prosedur hukum yang diperlukan.

“Kami siap datang dan menyampaikan proposal ini,” kata Abrianto saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu, 4 Juli 2026.
Menurut Abrianto, sidang praperadilan merupakan hak setiap warga negara yang merasa haknya dilanggar dalam proses penegakan hukum.
Untuk itu, timnya tidak mempermasalahkan gugatan yang diajukan Roy Suryo dan memastikan seluruh proses diproses secara profesional dengan menyiapkan tanggapan dan bukti sesuai prosedur hukum yang berlaku.
Nah, kita tahu bahwa fair trial adalah hak masyarakat yang merasa haknya dilanggar atau dirugikan oleh tindakan aparat penegak hukum, kata Abrianto.

Meski demikian, Abrianto mengaku Divisi Hukum Polda Metro Jaya belum menerima salinan resmi permohonan praperadilan tersebut.
